Social Work Distributed Learning Program Fund

Fund established for the Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Master of Social Work Distributed Learning programs, helping to cover the costs associated with building Northern California's mental health workforce, supporting its online Social Work programs and growing the workforce of behavioral health professionals in rural and indigenous communities in Northern California. Social Work Faculty Tribute Scholarship

Fund established to award students who are pursuing a baccalaureate or master’s degree in Social Work, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, and be of junior standing or above. Preference is given to graduates of Humboldt County high schools. College of Professional Studies (CPS)

Social Work Faculty Tribute Scholarship Endowment

Endowment established to provide ongoing financial support for the Social Work Faculty Tribute Scholarship, which awards students who are pursuing a baccalaureate or master’s degree in Social Work, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, and be of junior standing or above. Preference is given to graduates of Humboldt County high schools. College of Professional Studies (CPS)

Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers

Your gift to this fund will provide general support to the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and help with current needs and priorities.

Society of Women Engineers Club

Your gift to this fund will provide general support to the Society of Women Engineers Club and help with current needs and priorities.

Society of Women in STEM

Your gift will provide general support to the Society for Women in STEM which is dedicated to empowering and supporting women pursuing an interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Donations will help provide mentorship programs, fund educational workshops, host networking events, and offer resources that inspire the next generation of women in STEM (Clubs)

Sociology Trust

Your gift to this fund will provide general support to the Sociology department and help with current needs and priorities. College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences (CAHSS)

Softball Program

Your gift to this fund will provide general support to the Softball program and help with current needs and priorities. Athletics

Soroptimist International of Arcata Scholarship

Fund established to award two graduating seniors from the Northern Humboldt Union High School District who plan to continue their education locally or elsewhere and one local student other than a first-year freshman attending Cal Poly Humboldt. Financial Aid (FA)

Spaght Scholarship

Fund established by Monroe E. and Maria P. Spaght in memory of Fred E. and Alpha L. Spaght, parents of Monroe E. Spaght, to award students who have financial need. Financial Aid (FA)

Stanley W. Harris Scholarship Endowment

Endowment established by Mr. Stanley Harris, Wildlife professor at Cal Poly Humboldt for 33 years, and his wife Lorene, to provide ongoing financial support for three scholarships: Stanley W. Harris Scholarship; Lorene J. Harris Scholarship; and Stanley W. and Lorene J. Harris Scholarship (the first two for undergraduates and the third for graduate students).
