Steven E. Slusser Memorial Endowment for Future Soil and Range Scientists
Endowment established to provide ongoing financial support for the Steven E. Slusser Memorial Fund for Future Soil and Range Scientists, which makes possible field experiences, collegiate competitive activities and exams, and conferences related to the Range and Soil Sciences. Participating students must be enrolled in the Cal Poly Humboldt Rangeland Resource Science Program as a major, or as a minor in Rangeland Resource Science or Wildland Soil Science, and be in good academic standing. Sue Grigsby Scholarship
Fund established to award an undergraduate student who is majoring in Kinesiology (or its logical successor), has completed at least 60 semester units and no more than 110 semester units, with a minimum of 25 semester units completed within their major curriculum at the time of scholarship application. Must have minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrate academic promise, good citizenship, and ethics as determined by the scholarship committee chair. Preference is given to continuing Cal Poly Humboldt students. College of Professional Studies (CPS)

Preference is given to student-athletes who are members of the Women’s Cross Country Team or Women’s Track & Field Team, who specialize in distance running and who are recommended by the coach(es) for their respective sports.
