Cal Poly Humboldt’s Youth Educational Services is all about community service.
Y.E.S. began in 1968 and houses student-led community engagement programs that provide opportunities for Cal Poly Humboldt students to volunteer in local schools and community sites.
Y.E.S. creates bridges between Cal Poly Humboldt and the wider Humboldt County community through a variety of hands-on learning programs that engage with children, youth, and seniors.
These student-led programs help students develop leadership skills, connect with peers and community participants, and build meaningful relationships and self-reflection.
