Endowment established to provide ongoing financial support for the Smullin Scholarship, which awards students who are graduates of a high school in Humboldt, Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, Siskiyou, Tehama, Modoc, Lassen, or Butte Counties who maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and must believe in and support the free enterprise philosophy. College of Professional Studies (CPS)
