The impact scholarships make was on full display at the annual Scholarship Reception, held March 19 at Cal Poly Humboldt. The evening brought together donors and students to celebrate the life-changing power of scholarships. Attendees heard from President Richard Carvajal, Peggy Metzger, Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Financial Aid, and Jack McGurk, Cal Poly Humboldt Foundation Board Chair. They also watched a short film featuring student recipients and shared conversations that underscored the real connections behind each gift.
