This mentorship program promotes success in the engineering curriculum while encouraging students to attain their maximum potential. Mentors, who receive a stipend for their efforts, guide and support fellow engineering students. The mentorship is aimed at students earlier on in the program to encourage good study habits, good time management skills, and awareness of the resources available to them.
