Endowment established to provide ongoing financial support for the Mad River Community Hospital Volunteers Nursing Scholarship, which awards Cal Poly Humboldt Nursing students participating in the RN-BSN Program who are in good academic standing according to the standards of the University. Preference is given to students who have graduated from a high school in Humboldt County, earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from College of the Redwoods, or who are committed to living and working in the Humboldt County Region after graduation and who have financial need.
