Fund establish to provide three separate annual named scholarships to honor and memorialize professors who were important to the donor, Larry Westmoreland, and his academic experience at Humboldt, and to preserve the memory of these honored professors at Cal Poly Humboldt.

The Larry Westmoreland Honored Professor Scholarship in honor of Dr. Jack Russell awards a full-time undergraduate student majoring in Chemistry who demonstrates financial need.

The Larry Westmoreland Honored Professor Scholarship in honor of Dr. Glenda Richter awards a full-time undergraduate student majoring in Foreign Language who demonstrates financial need.

The Larry Westmoreland Honored Professor Scholarship in honor of Dr. Leon Wagner awards a full-time undergraduate student majoring in Music who demonstrates financial need.
