Established in 1969, Cal Poly Humboldt's Indian Tribal & Educational Personnel Program (ITEPP), now known as ITEPP Native American Center, provides culturally responsive academic advising, co-curricular programming, educational planning, and academic support focused on Indigenous learning methods and community accountability. ITEPP provides Native American students with a sense of belonging centered around cultural values, beliefs, and traditions that assist students in navigating higher education with confidence and self-efficacy.
