How can I participate in Giving Day?
- If you would like your department, program, or club to raise funds on Giving Day, please complete the registration form by March 19.
What if I miss the deadline to register my club or department for Giving Day?
- That is okay! If you missed the deadline, you will not be featured on the Giving Day homepage but can still participate in Giving Day by sharing your group's online donation page.
- Be sure to share the Giving Page for your fund, which you can search for and find in the Cal Poly Humboldt Fund Directory.
What else is required of me if I participate in Giving Day?
- Attend the mandatory Giving Day orientation the week before the event.
- Sending direct emails and texts to your network using the campus toolkit on the Giving Day website.
- Promoting your Crowdfunding page with others.
- Sharing your fundraising efforts on social media networks (If you tag @humboldtpolytechnic and @humboldtalumni, we can re-share your stories and posts!)
