Endowment established to provide ongoing financial support for the Emily Poindexter Jacobs Endowment, which awards a student who demonstrates need based on the FAFSA or the California Dream Act Application. Preference will be given first to graduates of Eureka High School, then to other high schools in Eureka, then to other high schools in Humboldt County. Financial Aid (FA)
