Fund established to support the Cal Poly Humboldt International Film Festival. David Phillips and Don McKenzie were the founders of this unique and long standing film festival in the Arcata community. David Phillips wishes to support this student-led film festival and remember his dear college friend and colleague, Don McKenzie.
